What is the ordering process in SMART Furniture?

First, we receive CAD drawing from our customer. We discuss with the customer the detail of the construction and whether any special instruction is required. Then, we give our price quotation to the customer. If price quote accepted, we will make sample for them by request.

Do you charge customer for making sample?

No, we do not charge the furniture sample. However, customers provide any special hardware or mechanism is needed to make the sample.

Do you sell FOB or CIF?

We sell based on FOB Surabaya, Indonesia price.

Do you design the furniture?

We do not design any of the furniture. We only manufacture based on the design of our customer. We do not sell the customer’s design to other customer as we respect proprietary idea and design.

What finishing do you use?

We use import and local finishing products, as requested by our customers.
